Highlights

Responsibilities:

• Support and management of business applications:
• Provide functional and technical support for the Reflex WMS (logistics): diagnosis, user assistance, issue tracking, and liaising with the software provider.
• Assist production teams in using ERP tools and other internal business applications.
• Coordinate communications between business teams, software vendors, and external service providers for smooth application operation.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and rollout during application updates.
• Maintain technical and functional documentation (procedures, user guides, incident reports).
• Propose improvements for the continuous enhancement of application processes.
• Support and management of hardware:
• Provide first-level support to users (workstations, peripherals, printers, mobile terminals, barcode scanners, etc.).
• Escalate hardware and connectivity incidents to the IT department (DSI).

Ideal Profile:

• Holder of a Bac +2 / Bac +3 in IT, with at least 3 years of experience in a versatile IT role, ideally in an industrial or logistics environment, and recognition of the following skills:
• Knowledge or strong interest in WMS systems (preferably Reflex) and ERP.
• Understanding of logistics and production workflows.
• Service-oriented with the ability to communicate with various profiles (operators, supervisors, service providers, etc.) to identify, qualify, and resolve incidents.
• Strong written communication skills (client responses, documentation, tickets).
• Experience or interest in ticketing tools (Jira, GLPI, ServiceNow, etc.).
• Rigor in documentation and request tracking.
• Autonomy, versatility, and service mindset: the ability to manage priorities with minimal supervision.
• Analytical skills with the ability to explain technical subjects in simple terms.
• A passion for fieldwork and the ability to work in a demanding industrial environment (availability, responsiveness, time constraints).

Conditions:

• The position is based at an advanced industrial and logistics site, operational from June 2026.
• Occasional on-call shifts (about 5 Saturdays per year).
• Daily interaction with the business application team and the Group’s IT department.
