Responsibilities:

Creating and developing strategic partnerships and scaling up regenerative agriculture and sustainable livestock initiatives across Europe.
Being the main point of contact and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with key partners involved in Agricultural Programs – co-creating impactful action plans, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and challenging partners to drive significant changes in their supply chains.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to guide our partners in their agricultural programs, covering a broad range of raw materials and key thematic areas.
Inspiring and leading a team of Partnership Managers and Project Officers, fostering an inclusive team culture that embodies our values, prioritizing learning, well-being, and professional development.
Representing Earthworm in strategic forums and with key agricultural stakeholders, from cooperatives to international institutions, amplifying our mission and creating opportunities for cross-sector collaborations.

Ideal Profile

Passionate about agriculture and livestock, with a strong understanding of value chains from upstream to downstream, you ideally have hands-on experience in the field at some point in your career.
You thrive in relationship management, particularly with senior and strategic stakeholders, and enjoy influencing decision-making for positive impact. You are skilled at delivering messages with a mix of honesty, openness, compassion, and a strong presence. With a strategic mindset, you are adept at finding creative solutions and a realistic path forward, even in the most challenging situations. You know how to distill broad informational content into clear and concise explanations and stories.
As a natural leader and efficient planner, you are capable of setting priorities, allocating resources effectively, and reliably managing a large portfolio of projects simultaneously. You are pragmatic and action-oriented. Your curiosity, excellent listening skills, positive attitude, and deep care for others' well-being naturally inspire engagement and collaboration towards a common goal within your ecosystem.
You have a proven track record in global supply chains within the private sector and are comfortable working in dynamic, complex, multicultural environments under pressure.
