Job Description:

The Sales Manager leads a team to achieve both individual and collective sales goals in line with company strategy. Key responsibilities include driving team performance, overseeing recruitment and development, and implementing processes for optimal results.

Responsibilities:

Communicate goals and monitor progress using sales methodologies and CRM tools (Salesforce).
Organize team activities and track key performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
Conduct performance reviews, offering coaching and development opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and best practices.

Ideal Profile:

Proficient in Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong people management and performance coaching skills.
Experience in instructional design and data-driven decision making.
Ability to drive individual and team success in a structured, quality-focused environment.

Education & Experience:

Minimum Level 5 diploma (e.g., associate degree).
Ideally Level 6 (bachelor’s or higher) in sales, business, or management.
