Responsibilities:

Develop and Prospect: Identify and prospect new clients in your area.
Retain and Support: Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing clients by identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions. Resolve client disputes.
Convince and Negotiate: Present our services to high-level decision-makers (CEO, CFO, Managers) and secure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Plan and Meet: Regularly travel within your area to meet clients and prospects. Attend meetings arranged by the call center and Customer Service, in addition to personal prospecting.
Participate in team meetings.
Maintain your network, participate in professional events.
Report: Provide reports on business applications, refer to your regional director for actions and results.
Business Travel: Travel as required for the role.

Ideal Profile:

Industry knowledge.
Understanding of marketed products and the competitive environment.
Proficient in office software and internal applications.
Mastery of the sales process.
Proficiency in at least one foreign language.
Passion for sales, strong ability to sell services and build commercial relationships.
