Job Description

You will participate in defining the quality policy and implement it, ensuring the smooth operation of the quality management system at our industrial site.

Responsibilities

Under the responsibility of the Site Director and as a member of the management committee, you will be responsible for:

Maintaining, deploying, and monitoring the quality and environmental systems based on the Group's objectives.
Implementing and overseeing all applicable quality procedures for each department to ensure the maintenance, achievement, or renewal of certifications.
Ensuring food safety (HACCP approach), traceability, and product compliance.
Managing non-conformities and blockages, and coordinating the resolution of customer complaints.
Leading and supervising the quality team (7 people).
Participating in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings and presenting key indicators (customer complaints, quality metrics, etc.).
Monitoring regulatory compliance.

Ideal Profile

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, including team management experience.
Ability to unite teams with positivity and diplomacy.
A strong interest in hands-on work.
Solid knowledge of compliance methods: IFS, BRC, ISO22000, HACCP.
