Responsibilities

Support development and construction teams in structuring property operations and drafting related contracts: sales, VEFA, commercial leases, BEFA, construction and development agreements, etc.
Analyze planning regulations (PLU), easements, and ensure legal soundness of all transactions.
Proactively assess and mitigate risks, offering actionable legal alternatives.
Handle pre-litigation and litigation related to urban planning and construction projects, in collaboration with legal partners.
Ensure internal compliance with governance decisions and company policies.
Maintain and update legal document templates based on regulatory changes.
Conduct legal watch and provide actionable legal insights.

Ideal Candidate

Master’s degree (Bac+5) in real estate, urban planning, or construction law.
4+ years in legal roles within a company or law firm (real estate focus).
Strong drafting, analytical, and risk assessment skills.
Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally.
Business-oriented mindset with a practical, project-based approach.
