Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Oversee the implementation of training and development initiatives. Performance Management: Oversee and support managers in conducting professional interviews and performance reviews. Provide guidance and support for career development and mobility opportunities within the organization. Communication and Confidentiality: Maintain excellent communication across all levels of the organization and with the works council. Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion. Build strong relationships, facilitate processes, and be a proactive problem-solver.
