Your key responsibilities:T&A System Administration Define system configuration requirements in collaboration with the external provider (ticketing, monitoring, validation), ensuring compliance with business, legal, regulatory, and collective agreement needs Monitor system performance and consistency between T&A and payroll interfaces Guarantee the reliability of employee balances (leave, absences, hours, etc.) and analyze discrepancies Payroll Support Perform all T&A checks (balances, cycle assignments, etc.) Provide operational support to the Payroll team throughout the payroll cycle Identify, document, and resolve anomalies, while recommending continuous improvement actions SIRH (HRIS) Projects & System Enhancements Test and validate system updates or new features, assessing impacts and side effects Contribute to gathering business needs and system improvement initiatives Draft and update user guides and procedures Conduct legal and technical monitoring to ensure compliance and optimize practices Profile Requirements Master’s degree (Bac+5) in HR, Payroll, Management, or Information Systems At least 1 year of relevant experience in T&A system administration or payroll Strong analytical mindset with the ability to detect anomalies and secure reliable data Solid understanding of social and labor regulations to ensure compliant practices Detail-oriented, rigorous, and motivated by process improvement Team-oriented, with strong user support and communication skills Proactive, with proficiency in Office 365 and query/reporting tools Operational English (written & spoken, B1/B2) Application The questions in this form are by the hiring manager for initial screeningWe’d like to schedule a quick 3–5 minute call with you (not an interview), as required by the client.
