In this role, you will actively participate in the deployment, onboarding, and use of our software suite, OSPI DATA. Main Responsibilities Train and support users during on-site or remote training sessions across the entire national territory (3 to 4 trips per week) by determining the most appropriate educational methods and materials. Work with clients to understand their challenges, issues, and skills transfer needs. Contribute to the design and updating of educational materials (training documents, step-by-step guides, etc.). Collect, record, and communicate user requests for enhancements and needs raised during training sessions. Contribute to the improvement of the OSPI DATA software suite tools. Business Travel is required for this position: Up to 2 to 3 days per week. Ideal Profile Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) or higher (License, Master). Specialization in science, educational science, humanities, or Health Management preferred. Experience in the healthcare field (CDG, Medical Information, Management, etc.) would be a plus. Experience in training. Knowledge of instructional design and training techniques is preferred. Knowledge of the healthcare field, PMSI, and medico-economic management is desirable. Autonomy.
