Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of management performance within Healthcare Technology and have a broad understanding of the many service aspects that they will encounter and resolve day-to-day. This candidate will also partner with regional HTM Leaders to drive operational effectiveness and client satisfaction for clinical engineering services which enhance patient outcomes and client organization objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- 5+ years' experience managing biomedical services in a large healthcare system.
- Candidates must be knowledgeable about regulatory compliance (CIHQ, DNV, JACHO).
- Solution-oriented approach, critical thinking skills and ability to navigate and resolve conflict successfully.
- Ability to provide world-class service and develop unbreakable partnerships with our customers, staff and vendors.
- Exhibit superior business acumen, agility and decision-making skills regarding budget management proficiencies.
- Experience leading high-performing teams including mentoring/development of new and existing talent within the organization.
- Executive & C-Suite experience.

Basic Qualifications & Requirements
- Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Basic Management Experience - 5 years.
- Basic Functional Experience - 5 years in maintenance and repair of clinical devices.
MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years' experience managing Biomedical Services in a Large healthcare system.
