Job DescriptionThe Director of the Transport Agency is responsible for the overall management of a road transport agency operating nationwide, including exceptional transport activities. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the role covers commercial development, operational management, financial performance, and human resources. Transport Operations Supervise daily road transport operations and exceptional transport activities Ensure full compliance with transport regulations, safety rules, and QSE standards Manage planning, operational incidents, and performance indicators (fuel consumption, productivity, margins) Commercial Management Develop regional and key-account customers Manage and grow the existing client portfolio Lead responses to tenders and feasibility studies Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvement actions Define and execute the local commercial strategy Financial and Economic Management Prepare, manage, and monitor the agency budget Analyze operating results and ensure profitability Control cost deviations and margins Define vehicle fleet and equipment requirements Human Resources Management Manage and lead operational and administrative teams Identify recruitment needs and participate in hiring decisions Oversee onboarding, training plans, and performance reviews Handle complex social situations and maintain team cohesion Organize internal meetings and ensure clear communication Compliance with internal processes and QSE standards is essential.
