Role Overview

Lead and manage the Dijon agency with a team of 50 professionals
Take full strategic ownership of agency operations
Drive operational performance, client satisfaction, and business growth
Collaborate with finance to manage budgets and monitor KPIs
Work closely with Service Managers and senior leadership to implement improvements
Identify training needs and support team development through coaching
Contribute to company-wide transformation initiatives with a hands-on leadership style
