The Data Analyst is responsible for managing the collection, analysis and exploitation of data from various CRM tools and other internal sources. His/her role consists of developing technical solutions for the analysis of large quantities of data, as well as coordinating analytical projects in collaboration with the business and IT teams. He/she will also be involved in the implementation of new tools and processes to optimize the management and use of data across the organization.
Main missions:
 

Data analysis and exploitation:

• Collect, analyze and interpret data from CRM tools (Salesforce, Mews, Stripe, etc.).
• Develop automated reports and data visualizations via Business Intelligence (BI) tools
• Apply statistical techniques and predictive models to analyze data and provide actionable insights for the various business teams (Operations, Finance, Marketing).
• Create interactive dashboards and performance indicators to monitor activity in real time.

Data Project Coordination:

• Ensure the complete management of data projects, piloting each step, from the expression of the need to the implementation, while guaranteeing the quality of the data and the results.
• Actively collaborate with the business teams to gather specific functional needs and propose analytical solutions adapted to the objectives of each department.
• Coordinate with external service providers for the implementation of advanced analysis and data collection tools, ensuring their harmonious integration within existing systems.

Improving data quality and governance:

• Implement strategies to guarantee data integrity and compliance with current regulations (in particular the GDPR).
• Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement data quality control mechanisms, including error and inconsistency management.
• Develop data cleaning processes to guarantee reliable and relevant analyses.

Technology monitoring and innovation:

• Stay abreast of the latest trends in Data Science, Business Intelligence and Big Data, in order to propose innovative solutions adapted to the future needs of the company.

Communication of results and decision-making:

• Provide in-depth technical analyses in the form of detailed reports, and present concrete recommendations to operational teams and management.
• Ensure the correct interpretation of data by ensuring that the results of the analyses are accessible, understandable and applicable to strategic decisions.

Technical Skills Required:
1. Data analysis:

• Proficiency in BI tools for creating reports and visualizations (Tableau, Power BI, or other similar tools).
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, analysis and manipulation.

2. Data project management:

• Expertise in managing technical Data projects, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
• Knowledge of ETL processes, as well as data flow management tools.

3. Data governance:

• Proficiency in data governance principles, with a focus on quality, security and compliance (in particular with the GDPR).
• Experience in setting up processes for error management, data quality and cleaning.
