Job Description:

Reporting to the Credit Management Manager France, you will be responsible for defining and implementing actions to secure the Credit Management process.

Risk Management:

Analyze financial statements
Inform sales teams about financial risks related to sales
Set credit limits and secure payments

Workflow Management:

Handle workflows (accepted quotes, solvency checks)

Collections:

Follow up on payments before and after due dates via phone, email, and letters

Partner Relations:

Manage relationships with partners to ensure efficiency and cost control

Versatility:

Be flexible within the credit management department (insurance, complaint management)
Participate in cross-functional and strategic action plans
You will collaborate with different departments including technical sales teams, Customer Service, and Finance teams.
