Job Description

Manage customer credit risk by analyzing financial statements and assessing solvency
Define and monitor customer credit limits and ensure payment security
Support and advise sales teams on financial risks linked to commercial deals
Process credit workflows (accepted quotations, credit checks, approvals)
Handle collections activities, including reminders before and after due dates
Conduct follow-ups via phone, email, and written correspondence
Manage relationships with external partners (credit insurers, service providers) with a focus on efficiency and cost control
Act as a versatile team member within the Credit Management department (credit insurance, claims management support)
Participate in cross-functional and strategic improvement initiatives
Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams

Ideal Profile

Bac +2 / +3 degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field
Proven experience in Credit Management, customer credit control, or collections
Strong ability to analyze financial data and assess credit risk
Good communication skills, comfortable interacting with sales and internal teams
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and continuous improvement
