It delivers both Structural Works (GO) and All Trades (TCE) projects for public and private sector clients. In parallel, the company also develops residential and office real estate projects. Reporting directly to Production Management, the Project Manager oversees multiple GO and/or TCE operations and directly manages Construction Managers (Conducteurs de Travaux), providing strategic direction, technical guidance, decision-making support, and project oversight. The role requires extensive experience in General Contracting environments and strong expertise in managing large-scale construction projects. Main Responsibilities1. Strategic and Contractual Project Management Analyze tender and contract documentation from technical, financial, contractual, and commercial perspectives Define project execution strategies in coordination with senior management Validate technical solutions, construction methodologies, and optimization proposals Supervise project schedules and execution budgets Ensure overall financial performance of projects, including costs, margins, progress payments, and contract variations Anticipate project risks and implement corrective measures when required Ensure compliance with contractual commitments, budget objectives, and quality standards 2. Project Team Leadership and Operational Management Lead, mentor, and develop Construction Managers (Conducteurs de Travaux) Ensure efficient organization of site teams and intermediate management structures Provide strategic vision, methodology, and decision-making support to project teams Manage complex technical, operational, and human situations Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, responsibility, and performance Ensure compliance with company procedures, standards, and values 3. Technical Supervision and Quality Assurance Guarantee compliance of executed works with drawings, specifications, regulations, and industry best practices Validate technical solutions during the execution phase Ensure strict application of internal quality procedures Supervise project handover activities and closure of punch lists/reservations Ensure consistency and quality across all project decisions and execution activities 4. Health, Safety, Environment & Regulatory Compliance Enforce strict health and safety standards across all operations Ensure compliance with environmental, legal, and regulatory requirements Monitor implementation of risk prevention and safety measures on all sites 5.
