Key Requirements

Doctorate in Pharmacy or Medicine with a French DES in Medical Biology (French diploma required).
Experience in a microbiology laboratory is a plus, but not mandatory.
Must be registered with the French Medical or Pharmacy Council, with a valid RPPS number.
Must hold an ADELI number.
Position available in one of the following locations: Ris-Orangis, Grigny, Ballancourt, Chilly-Mazarin, or Montlhéry

Job Description

As a key figure within the laboratory, you will play a central role in patient care and ensure the coordination of both medical and technical activities. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing and/or validating medical biology tests.
Providing expert advice to both patients and prescribers on result interpretation and test selection.
Ensuring quality compliance throughout all pre-analytical and analytical processes.
Supervising and coordinating laboratory teams across one or more sites, while working closely with support functions.
Building partnerships with healthcare facilities and professionals. You will also maintain active relationships with regulatory authorities and may participate in scientific committees and professional networks.
