Job Description
As a true ambassador of the Maison and under the Store Manager’s responsibility, you will ensure operational management and commercial activity of the boutique, support team development, and participate in retail projects.

Main Responsibilities:

Contribute to the implementation of action plans to improve individual and collective performance
Support team development and coaching; lead regular managerial routines
Communicate, unify, and motivate the team around brand strategy and vision
Monitor performance and management indicators
Track, coordinate, and forecast stock levels to meet sales objectives and traffic peaks
Build and maintain a qualified customer database and develop trusting client relationships
Ensure compliance with group, brand, and store policies and procedures
Supervise, organize, and coordinate all store operations (admin, accounting, HR, reporting)

Requirements:

At least 3 years of successful experience in a similar role in high-end service or retail
Natural leadership with strong interpersonal skills to build privileged relationships internally and externally
Ability to motivate, develop, and unite a team to be result-oriented
Passion for service, energy, empathy, adaptability, and a high standard of professionalism
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills
Genuine interest in fine jewelry and timepieces
