Position: Silo Operations Manager
Location: Orléans, France
Area of responsibility: 55 silos across departments 45, 27, 76, 91
Travel required within the region (mostly local)
Experience: 4–10 years in similar agricultural or silo management roles
Must hold a valid driving license (Permis B)

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and managing teams: recruitment, safety, training, coordination, and performance reporting
Optimizing resources: staff, budget, processes, and support functions
Overseeing investments and development projects in coordination with support services
Ensuring effective collaboration with commercial, transport, and logistics teams
Acting as the company’s representative with administrative authorities (Mairies, DREAL, Labor Inspection)
The role requires a solid understanding of agriculture, team leadership, safety management, supply and collection operations, and the ability to foster cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal Profile

4–10 years of experience in agricultural operations or silo management
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong knowledge of safety, logistics, and operational project management
Comfortable with regional travel (mostly within departments 45 and 91)
Holds a valid driving license (Permis B)
Natural communicator and problem solver with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
