Description du poste

Gérer et traiter les commandes clients pour les marchés export attribués.
Coordonner les échanges entre les clients, les responsables commerciaux et les services internes afin d'assurer le bon déroulement des commandes.
Préparer les devis et les offres commerciales conformément aux procédures de l'entreprise.
Établir et gérer les documents nécessaires aux expéditions internationales.
Assurer le suivi des commandes et résoudre les éventuels problèmes administratifs ou opérationnels.
Maintenir à jour les dossiers commerciaux, le classement et l'archivage des documents.

Profil recherché

Expérience en administration des ventes export ou en service client international.
Bonne connaissance des modes de paiement à l'international.
Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et des outils ERP ou de gestion des commandes.
Excellentes compétences en communication et sens du service client.
Personne organisée, rigoureuse et capable de gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.
