Job Description

Within the framework of the company’s industrial policy and objectives, the Production Supervisor:
Is responsible for the performance of their area (quality/cost/delivery/safety) and supervises activities optimally (setting objectives, daily follow-up, analysis, and action plans).
Organizes and adapts resources based on information from upstream or downstream services.
Ensures compliance with the Group’s production standards.
Leads workshops to resolve sector-related problems.
Manages staffing according to skills and workload.
Oversees team organization, planning, evaluation, development, and versatility, ensuring proper onboarding and training of new employees.
Conducts communication meetings within the sector (daily, weekly, monthly) and ensures proper information flow (upward and downward).
Works on improving and streamlining processes in their area or across the facility and participates in continuous improvement projects.

Ideal Profile

Bac +2/+3 with several years of proven manufacturing experience in an industrial context.
Autonomous and rigorous, with good management skills and proficiency in IT tools.
