Job Description

Maintain active relationships with potential clients, project owners, customers, investors, economic stakeholders, associations, authorities, and contractors.
Understand client needs and the technical solutions offered by Implenia.
Take charge of analyzing tender projects, estimating, negotiating, and proposing technical alternatives.
Coordinate closely with the civil engineering acquisition team in Valais (VS).

Project Execution:

Under the supervision of the Regional Production Manager, you:
Manage project costs, quality, and timelines.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Participate in resource planning.
Directly manage the contractual aspects of projects with clients.
Work closely with the Valais (VS) civil engineering department.

Ideal Profile

Degree in construction management, engineering, or a similar field.
At least 10 years of experience in special foundations or civil engineering.
Ability to provide innovative solutions and demonstrate commercial initiative.
Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and technical expertise.
Excellent knowledge of the economic landscape in the Valais region.
German/Swiss German is an additional asset.
